UH-60 Phased Maintenance inspection(PMI) rental tool kit

We are pleased to announce that our PMI tool kit is available for rental. The tool kit contains a number of essential tools for the PMI 1 and PMI 2 inspections.

Kit contents:

  • Pitch beam puller PN:UH60PBP-Used to remove tail rotor pitch beam.

  • Pitch beam socket PN:UH60PBNS-Used to remove tail rotor pitch beam nut.

  • Oil cooler aft viscous bearing tool kit PN:UH60OCTK-Used to remove and install tail driveline viscous damper bearing.

  • Main transmission filter valve closing tool PN:UH60MGBFT-Used to turn filter bowl valve. Note: Not required for IDGB gearbox filter bowl.

  • Input module torque reactor PN:AB3509A-Used for input module flange nut torque check/removal/install.

  • Bifilar bolt holding tool PN:UH60BHT-Used to hold bifilar bolts while disassembling/assembling.

  • Tail rotor head bolt organizer PN:UH60TRBO-Organizes and retains tail rotor bolts/balance weights in their correct locations.

  • Spring capsule clamps PN:UH60SCC-Holds spring capsules in their extended position for removal/installation

  • Scissor bushing puller set PN:UH60SBP-Removes/installs swashplate scissor pivot bushings

  • Main rotor blade pin bushing pressing tool PN:UH60MRBB-Removes/adjusts blade pin bushings in spindles

  • Main transmission chip detector turning tool PN:UH60TCDT-Assists in turning chip detectors to valve off position for removal

Blade Inspection Method(BIM) check and fill unit PN:CABIMV1-Checks and fills main rotor blade BIM system.(Note: not included in rental kit however it is available upon request, seperate rental fee applies).
